NCE is the sole owner of any information collected on www.ncetrade.com. NCE collects information from our users at several points on our Web site. This information is used to better serve you, by creating easy to use contact, and refer a friend. Any information collected in these forms is for our private use only. Names, phone numbers and email addresses will not be sold or distributed to third party lists of any kind.

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself or your company for NCE purposes only – for trading purposes and as outlined in our terms and conditions. We do not share this information with outside parties unless requested by you.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Surveys & Contests
Our site requests information from users through surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information does not include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the NCE community. The users' personally identifiable information is not shared with any third parties.
